Use Request Quote for bulk or branded quantities. Catalog prices on the product page never change for a negotiated deal.
Pay online at checkout with Razorpay (UPI, cards, QR, net banking, and wallets). The order is created after payment succeeds.
Shipping
Retail orders typically dispatch in 2–4 business days after confirmation. Bulk quote orders follow the lead time on the offer. Once the order is shipped, My Orders shows the courier, tracking ID, and a Track Package button to the shipping company’s website.
Returns & refunds
Unused retail items can be returned within 2 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packing. Custom-branded or quote orders are made to programme specs and are not returnable unless the shipment is damaged. Email sales@korionline.com with your order number.
